The Law of Vibration

The law of vibration is the primary law to the Law of Attraction which is the secondary law. Everything in the universe is energy and vibrates at different frequencies. All energy is constantly vibrating and moving. According to Quantum Physics the smallest particles are strings of energy that are vibrating at very specific frequencies. The frequency that a particle vibrates at determines what combination of particles group together to form molecules and physical matter.

If you pick up a piece of wood and observe it, your senses tell you that it is a solid object. If you were to look at that same piece of wood under a powerful microscope, you would see that it in fact the piece of wood that appeared solid to you is now alive with movement.  The movement that you see is as a result of the piece of wood being made up of trillions of molecules.

Delving even deeper, If we placed the molecules that we extracted from the piece of wood under an even more powerful microscope, we would find that they are also alive and are vibrating at specific frequencies. The vibration of these molecules is created by atoms, which consist of protons and electrons which in different combinations create very specific vibrational frequencies. Absolutely everything that exists, either physical or non-physical contains a different variation of atoms and subatomic particles.  The amount and type of each of these ingredients is what determines the structure of an object and determines whether the object is solid, liquid, or gas, and in turn this determines whether it can be sensed with our human senses or not. Regardless of its material form, when anything is broken down into its most basic structure, everything that exists consists of energy vibrating at different frequencies.

People who think positively transmit a high frequency vibration. Because they are in a positive state of vibration, good things will continue to come to them. But people who think negatively are transmitting a low frequency vibrational energy. This is due to them dwelling on the their negative thoughts and all that is pessimistic. And because they vibrate negativity, they will continue to attract negative things and events into their lives.

If you want to experience positive events, experiences and things in your life, you must learn to control your vibrational frequency. This means monitoring your thoughts because it is you thoughts that determine your feelings and it is your feelings that transmit your vibrational frequency out into the universe. In the field of electronics there are electromagnetic fields, and when there are two electromagnetic fields working together, they are working in complete harmony. When this happens, the vibrational rate can easily be transferred from one to the other through electrons. As an example, imagine a huge room filled with thousands of slightly different tuning forks. And lets say you walk into that room with one tuning fork that is of the same vibrational frequency of only one of the thousands of tuning forks in that room. When you ping your tuning fork, the one with the same vibrational frequency will ping back whilst all of the others will not respond. This is because your tuning fork and the one that pinged back are in perfect resonance with each other.

The exact same thing happens your thoughts. When you think of something, and vibrate to it, you are creating a specific frequency, and that frequency goes out into the universe and synchronises with whatever is also vibrating at that very same frequency. When this happens, the two frequencies are in perfect synchronization. By concentrating on your thought patterns and engaging your feelings, you increase the energy level of those thoughts and feelings, therefore the thoughts gain momentum and become more potent.

When you practice the Law of Attraction, it helps to have a basic knowledge of the Law of Vibration. The two go hand in hand. There is no separation between the two, and when you practice one, you also practice the other.

The Art of Allowing - The Law of Attraction


The art of allowing in its most basic form is to visualize and think about the things that you would like to manifest and then detach yourself from the outcome. But let me be clear, I am not saying that you must be detached, and I certainly don't mean that you should quit your job, sit at home & wait to win the lottery. Be sure to understand that "the art of allowing" does not mean that you should be passive or inactive.

The art of allowing has absolutely nothing to do with being lazy or idle. When you start to practice the art of allowing, you will start to take inspired action as if it is running on auto-pilot. When you let go of your need to have anything, you are in effect lining yourself up to manifest abundance into your life. It is the detachment from the outcome of your desire that demonstrates the confidence that you have in manifesting the things that  you would like to materialise into your life.

In a sense, the art of allowing is just "a state of being" a specific frequency of appreciation that you project into the universe. It is a clear and certain confidence in knowing that all of your wants and needs are effortlessly going to be met. This frequency allows you to become a magnetic manifesting master and create your reality with certainty and clarity.

Do not mix up allowing with simply tolerating something. By simply tolerating something, you are in essence not allowing it. Tolerating & Allowing are two different ends of the spectrum. An example of toleration is when you come across a situation that bothers or disturbs you and then you consciously decide that you are not going to do anything to stop  or change the situation. Tolerating something would make you feel negative emotion, and you cannot experience the joys of freedom when you have negative emotion.

The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like, and that you will manifest the things that you focus on into your reality. By placing emotion behind the thoughts of things that you do, or do not want to manifest you are giving the thought or idea more power and momentum.   If you say YES or NO to something with emotional content, you will attract more of that into your life, because that is what you are focused on and it is backed up with emotional force.

The Art of Allowing can be challenging to learn and apply, especially when we have learned to judge almost everything in our lives. In order to allow the things that you want flow to you effortlessly, you would be well served to allow others to focus on the things that they want, even if you do not agree with it. When you gain an understanding of these principles and put them to use on a conscious level, you put yourself in a place of non-resistance and open up the door of manifesting your hearts true desires.

Meditation and Law of Attraction Tips


Meditation can have some truly amazing effects, in terms of allowing you to access parts of your unconscious mind and access the powers and abilities that you might  not have been aware of. If you would like to tap into the law of attraction then meditation could well be an essential key to your success.

In order to use the law of attraction to create your ideal life, it would serve you to learn certain skills. Relaxation is one, but there are a few other law of attraction tips and skills that you should be aware of.

1.)  Meditation is fantastic, as it relaxes the mind and body, it allows you to stay in the moment and focus your attention on what you want. Meditation can be a key to using your energy to create the events that you want by helping to release any accumulated negative energy.

2.) Being able to understand your beliefs and knowing how to change them. This is something that most people do not know how to do. Your subconscious mind has been absorbing information like a sponge since you were a small child, and it is still absorbing everything around you. If your day to day environment is filled with negativity, imagine what kinds of beliefs are being absorbed into your subconscious. Avoid watching negative media unless you absolutely have to, and try to avoid being around negative people. Instead, search for positive information to read and watch, and spend your time with positive, successful people that are a pleasure to be around. This will serve you a great deal.

3.) Be persistent. It takes clarity and repetition to change your beliefs and understand how they relate to your daily experiences. A lot of the available information about the law of attraction is sufficient but not enough. Meaning it does not tend to give enough information or training to make a real difference, and as a result many people give up on their journey to self awareness too easily.

4.) Have fun with it and enjoy.  By making a conscious effort to be as light hearted as you can, you will let go of resistance and find your natural flow of well being. Many people look out into the world and try to change it, and some seem to get down hearted and fed up as a result. The law of attraction is all about your reality which reflects you, not the world around you.  So focus on yourself, and on your beliefs, become a master of these ideas and you will indeed change the world, Your world!

5.) Take massive action. In order to change your reality, you must understand and recognise it as your construction, and in doing so you will gain the ability to direct it. If you don't take responsibility for it, then it will be outside of your ability to change it! You are in the driving seat of your life, and you can go in any direction that you choose!

Affirmations

"Every day in every way, I am getting better and better"
For a long time, affirmations have been recognized and accepted as a powerful tool in positive thinking and self-improvement. Affirmations are positive statements that describe a desired outcome, and which are repeated over and over, with the aim of imprinting the statement deep into your subconscious mind and triggering it into taking positive action. Affirmations are clear, simple and precise statements that are expressed as positively as possible and in the present tense.

If you really do want to make a change in your life, or at least in some aspect of your life, it is your subconscious mind that you need to imprint with new ideas and beliefs. Your subconscious mind holds all of the keys and has its hands on all the levers and its feet on all the pedals that will either get your life moving into the fast lane or raise the handbrake and slow it down.

Affirmations most certainly do work but the problem is, affirmations are directed at the conscious mind and unfortunately, your conscious mind has absolutely nothing to do with the way you behave, how you react to people and in situations or how you view the world. However, if you throw enough affirmations at your conscious mind, sooner or later, some of those affirmations will eventually stick and make a positive impression on your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind dictates your beliefs, behaviours and reactions and actually creates your very own version of reality. Affirmations have to be done with enough repetition in order to work their way into your subconscious mind.

A well written affirmation has the potential to change your life, once you learn how to write positive and powerful affirmations, you will have an incredible manifesting tool at your disposal. But to tap into their true power and to increase your manifesting success you have to make sure that you write them in the correct way by following a few basic rules.

1.) Every affirmation that you make must be written in the present tense in order for it to have any lasting effect. This means that you should always begin your statement with the wording "I AM". Do not use "I WILL" this slight difference in the wording will make a huge difference in the results that you get.

2.) The most powerful affirmations are not about the things that you want to attract into your life, they should be about the qualities that you want to develop within yourself in order to be able to manifest the things that you want. If there is a quality that you need to have in order to reach your manifesting goal you should include it here. Look at the things that you want and then ask yourself, "What do I need to change?" Then incorporate your answer into your affirmation. For example "I AM WEALTHY" is weak but "I AM A SMART SAVER AND A WISE INVESTOR OF MY MONEY" is powerful.

3.) When you design your affirmations you must always focus on the positive, and never the negative. This is central to the entire manifesting process, and is the core of the law of attraction principles and a key in making a link with your subconscious mind. Spell out exactly what you want to create and keep your attention completely off of those things that you do not want. For example "I AM GIVING UP EATING FAST FOOD" is negative but, "I AM A HEALTHY EATER" is positive.

4.) For the very best results you must use your affirmations multiple times every day. Not just on days when you feel like it, or when you remember to. Absolutely every day. Once per day is a good start, but twice per day is even better. Read your affirmation aloud every morning and every night before you go to sleep, and in between too. Don't make any excuses. When you make your affirmations a habit, you will soon see the qualities in your affirmations begin to show up in your life.

By following these guidelines you will be able to push the ideas behind your affirmations into your subconscious mind, and in turn they will start to work their manifesting magic into your life!

Visualization


If you are familiar with the law of attraction, then think of visualization as the blueprint that will help you get to your desired destination. Visualization creates powerful thoughts and imprints images of the things that we want to manifest deep within our subconscious minds. The more we use visualization and believe that something is true, the more our thoughts, attitudes and actions will shift towards making it a physical manifestation.

Visualization is a technique where we hold our focus on a particular goal, like living in our dream house or receiving a promotion at work, it is not just a positive and powerful affirmation in the form of images, it is a key method that allows us to manifest our thoughts and beliefs into our reality. If you ask any successful person how they got to the position they are in today, most of them will tell you that they envisioned their goals and desires from Day One.

Here are some steps for taking yourself through a complete visualization session. The more  you repeat this exercise, the more clear you will become about the type of work and the life situation that is truly right for you.

The basic exercise involves walking through a day, or a week, or even just moments of time in your ideal life. Don't worry about every single detail, as they will become more clear as you repeat this exercise. Try to do this as often as you can over the next month, more than once per day is preferable. It doesn't need to take more than 5-10 minutes per session, but the more you do it, the more clarity you will have gained by the end of the month.

Get into the driving seat of your mind and take yourself through a chunk of time that suits you at that moment, think it through in as much detail as you can. For example, say you are visualizing your ideal career. Where are you driving to in the morning? And at what time? What clothes are you wearing? What type of environment are you in? An office? Outdoors? What is the first thing that you will do when you get to work? Who do you see on the way there? How are you acknowledged by your colleagues? What are your interactions like? Where do you go for your lunch? What time do you leave and go home? and when you do are you excited about what you have accomplished? The aim is to work through this in as much detail as you would experience in real life.

This will get a lot easier if you do it a for one or two 5-10 minute sessions every day, and let your subconscious mind drive this process as much as possible. Leave your conscious and critical thinking mind out of it as much as you can. If you find that for some reason your creative visualizing has you in a situation that is not normal for you, just let it happen and don't question or reject it, just let it come out. Just see where the visualization takes you and what it means. Pay attention to as much of the little details as you can, and try to get more and more specific detail everyday. If you do this every day over the next month or so, you will get more clarity on what your goals are, and this will in turn help you to know what direction to go in order to fulfill them.

So what is that desired destination for you? Are you wanting to find a more rewarding career with a better salary? Are you desperate to travel the world? Do you want to become financially abundant? No matter what the goal is, mapping out your eventual destiny through visualization will help you to make those mental shifts that will in turn manifest themselves into real life.

So don't just sit back and wait for that dream house to come your way, truly believe that you are going to get it. Visualize yourself sitting on the couch in your dream house, surrounded by your admiring co-workers. Picture yourself receiving that lucrative new paycheck. Imagine how good it feels to finally get recognized for your work. Finally, follow up with affirming action! Eventually, success will come your way - thanks to using the power of your thoughts, imagination and inspired actions!

Gratitude

One of the keys to happiness and an abundant life is to show gratitude. Imagine what it would be like to always be happy, to have financial abundance and happy, healthy relationships. Well there is one thing that you can implement right now to help you tap into the Law of Attraction, and that is expressing Gratitude!

Have you seen the movie or read the book, "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne? It shows us how The Law of Attraction brings to us more of what we think about and hold our attention to. Showing gratitude for the things you have got will bring you even more of the things that you want. Expressing gratitude will make you happy. It is impossible to feel sad or depressed or lonely while you are in a state of gratitude. Repeatedly appreciating the things you have got will make you abundantly happy. The truth is, you have absolutely nothing to lose by being grateful. Gratitude has absolutely everything going for it and nothing against it.

Let's look at how sincere gratitude works from a scientific view point and how, through our choice to develop a consistent habit of expressing genuine gratitude works with the power of The Law of Attraction to draw to us more to be grateful for.

Everything in our universe when broken down into it's purest form is a vibrating mass of atoms and subatomic particles. In other words, Energy. Through the Law of Attraction , the energy (vibrations) that we transmit and project based on our thoughts and emotions determines what our vibrational frequency is, which in turn broadcasts that frequency and attracts to it energy or vibrational frequencies that resonate with it, which then determines the events and circumstances that we attract, and with the buffer of time, will see manifest into our life.

When we are in a genuine state of gratitude, our energy or vibrational frequency, is one of acceptance, harmony and joy. We resonate and in turn transmit a much higher vibrational frequency which is exactly what attracts us to the events, circumstances and situations that we desire.

At any time that we are not expressing gratitude for an outcome we are in essence resisting the outcome, which places our focus on not wanting that outcome. When this happens our thoughts and emotions are fixated on what we don't want. That focus of "not wanting" creates a "magnetic force" which will only serve to draw to us more of that which we are "not wanting" or resisting.

Gratitude or appreciation for the things that we already have is absolutely necessary to be able to attract the things that we want. Every morning when you wake up try to feel gratitude. Think about the good things in your life that you are thankful for. If you start your day with feelings of gratitude you will feel good and you can keep hold of that feeling all day.

Can you see how gratitude can change your life? And the great thing is, you have absolutely nothing to lose by trying it out. Begin and end every day with gratitude and whenever you begin to think about lack of, just focus and replace this immediately with thoughts of appreciation.
